To our valued guests,

For anyone traveling from states on Connecticut’s Travel Advisory List to Connecticut: you will need to have self-quarantined for 14-days from the last time you left the house and were around any other people. In addition, anyone entering from one of the identified states must fill out a travel health form upon arrival in Connecticut.

**As of September 22nd, 2020, people traveling to Connecticut from the following states or territories are REQUIRED to self-quarantine for 14 days, per CT Executive Order from Governor Lamont’s office: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee, with 100% certainty, you will not be exposed to COVID-19. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from Coronavirus. Guests should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread Coronavirus if they are infected, and any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. By coming to Nature’s Art Village, The Dinosaur Place and any of our other properties you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with attendance.

We are now open! Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions:

Q: Are you actually open?

A: Yes, we are actually open.

Q: Do you sell online tickets or do I have to make a reservation?

A: No, we do not offer online ticket sales or reservations at this time. We are open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you purchased a Season Pass with us for the 2020 season, you may call us the day before you plan to come, and we will reserve you a spot.

Q: Have you had issues with your capacity and entry?

No, we have not. Even at half capacity there is plenty of room for you and your family in the park! We will keep everyone posted on how things go as far as capacity through our website and social media platforms. If you don’t see anything regarding capacity on our home page, then you will absolutely get into the park.

Q: Are you still selling Season Passes?

A: Unfortunately, we are not. We are sold out of season passes until 2021.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Our hours for every attraction can be found in our navigation and on each page dedicated to each attraction including Copper Creek Mini Golf. Our hours are up to date and accurate as seen on our website.

Q: Do kids need to wear masks indoors?

A: Yes, everyone is required to wear a mask in any indoor space on our campus.

Q: Are we required to wear masks elsewhere in the park?

Yes, Everyone is required to wear a mask that enters T-Rex Tower or is hanging out around the perimeter of the Splash Pad. If you are not wearing a mask you must remain 6 ft apart from other groups and families.

Unable to open (until further notice):

We have been working diligently around the park to help provide you with a fun and enjoyable experience while also ensuring the safety and peace of mind you deserve. Listed here are some of the guidelines and restrictions for reopening the Village:

The Dinosaur Place:

Pumpkin Passage (Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October):

  • Guests must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to masks, gloves, etc.
  • Maintain 6ft of social distance from other groups at all times.
  • Masks are required if you are unable to maintain 6ft of social distancing.
  • Trail capacity will be limited to half its normal capacity.
  • Masks must be worn at all times in Ollie’s Outpost.
  • One-way traffic along the trail is required for safety. Take your time walking the trails as you will be unable to double back. Directional signs are posted.
  • Guests must maintain 6 feet of distance from other families.
  • Please do not move any tables or chairs. They are spaced apart according to state social distancing protocols.
  • Please follow any safety protocol given by the fire spinners in order to keep you and your family safe during the show.
  • Season Pass Members were emailed about our processes regarding reservations and entry. If you have not received your email, please email [email protected]

The Dinosaur Place:

  • Guests must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to masks, gloves, etc.
  • If guests wish to eat inside the park they must bring their own food as Monty’s Munchies is closed for the season. Make a little picnic of it =)
  • Masks are required indoors and recommended in outdoor spaces.
  • Park capacity will be limited to half its normal capacity.
  • All playground equipment, including T-Rex Tower and A”MAZE”asaurus, will be limited to children 10 years of age or younger. Please note the use of playground equipment will be at the parents’ discretion. 
  • T-Rex Tower is for ages 2-10 ONLY at this time. Socks and masks are required.
  • Only 2 families may use the A”MAZE”asaurus at a time.
  • The Caves will be limited to one family/group at a time to maintain 6 feet of distance. For guest convenience, “X’s” are marked on the ground every 6 feet.
  • One-way traffic along the trails is required for safety at this time. Directional signs are posted throughout the park.
  • Guests must maintain 6 feet of distance in the Splash Pad.
  • Please do not move any tables or chairs. They are spaced apart according to state social distancing protocols.

The Shops at Nature’s Art Village:

  • Masks must be worn inside the building at all times.
  • Maintain 6 feet between groups for social distancing at all times.
  • To the best of guest ability, no more than 3 people to a group.

The PAST Antiques Marketplace:

  • Masks must be worn inside the building at all times.
  • Maintain 6 feet between groups for social distancing at all times.
  • To the best of guest ability, no more than 3 people to a group.

Copper Creek Mini Golf:

  • Course capacity will be limited to half its normal capacity.
  • Every other hole must be empty. For example, a group can start Hole #1 after the group ahead has started Hole #3.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is suggested.
  • Maintain 6’ social distancing at all times. 
  • Clubs and balls will be cleaned and sanitized after each use.
