Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. No cash or credit is offered.

To be eligible for an in-store credit, you must have the original copy of the receipt, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Earrings, Plush, Books, Antiques, Minerals, and Sale Items
  • Park admissions, indoor activities, museum tours, and special events admissions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only in-store credits are available on qualifying items. No refunds are provided.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may receive an in-store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we can replace the defective/damaged items to an equal or lesser value as deemed fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit us at Nature’s Art Village, 1650 Hartford-New London Turnpike, Montville, CT 06370, United States.

The PAST LLC (if applicable)

Purchases made at The PAST Antiques Marketplace and Genius Museum are absolutely final and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
